Interior fit-out and finishes are completed, then we hand over the agreed scope.

Certified building system
The ZIPHOME building system holds a product certificate for prefabricated wood-based loadbearing panels. A separate classification report documents the fire resistance of a tested ZIP panel external wall.

SIP / sandwich panels are manufactured by IDOPS BG in its own facility in Bulgaria — controlled quality and consistent tolerances.
Documentation for permits
Project documentation is prepared to be usable for both the building permit and execution.
