Actually we are constructing eight energy-efficient houses in Austria, on the Herschaftsjoch street in Edelstal. The plots are oriented to the southwest, which guarantee ideal position of the houses. The sizes of plots starts at at 518 m2. Edelstal is a quiet, highly cultivated village unaffected by transport, situated in a valley overlooking the Hainburg forest. The plots provide magnificent views of the surrounding landscape and foliage.

This project is suitable for families with children, people seeking peace and quiet or sports facilities for cycling, walking their dogs etc. The surroundings provide plenty of opportunities for just that.

This area provides high standard living and it is an inviting alternative to suburban living in a village with high demand on quality housing and urban solutions. The village is also known for its pure spring water and the Romerquelle well; the water is bottled here and it is distributed to the restaurants and households even in the neighboring countries.

Edelstal is only 15 km away from downtown Bratislava (approx. 17 minutes drive from Aupark through the Berg checkpoint) with excellent routing to Bratislava and Vienna and no traffic congestions, either using the old road via Berg or the D2 highway from Bratislava connecting to A6, exit Kittsee.

The village has a nursery, playground, several small shops, a guest house and the municipality office. The village plans to build a new supermarket at the entry point.

Characteristics:

The energy efficient (33kWh/m2/year - see Energy Certificate) semidetached double-deck houses with a full-sized cellar and a large garage and parking place were designed by renowned architects. The details to each individual house are presented in the information leaflet.

The houses will be completed sequentially for the individual clients based on the purchase contracts. It is currently possible to conclude reservation contracts for the individual houses.
